The hotel is nice enough, but the claims of free WiFi are LIES! I have now after 6 hours gotten NOWHERE with hotel staff and STILL had to PAY to get WiFi! The hotel staff is argumentative and ABSOLUTELY not helpful! They have the "can't help its" and do not exert the slightest effort to satisfy their guests.

The staff is argumentative and unwilling to help guests in the slightest way. All I got were excuses for why the front desk people just could NOT help me. They said they texted the hotel manager, and that was ALL they would do! I had to PAY for the FREE WI-FI! Do NOT STAY HERE! These people are JERKS! I booked FOUR ROOMS and THIS is the BEST these cheapskates will do? NOTHING AT ALL to help the guy who is PAYING FOR IT ALL? What a bunch of liars and rip off artists these people are! I will NEVER AGAIN stay at a HILTON PROPERTY! I CAN afford BETTER than Hilton can be bothered to offer!
